Polices for the Studio of Nelly Guevara

I hold each student's lesson time in high regard and approach it with utmost seriousness. Reciprocal respect for each other's time is of paramount importance. In the event that it becomes necessary to cancel a lesson, a strict 24-hour cancellation policy will be rigorously enforced. Lessons canceled with insufficient notice, barring emergencies, will incur full charges. It is imperative to acknowledge that the payment for the lesson encompasses the allocated time. This policy is designed to honor the value of my time. Failure to attend a scheduled session still warrants rightful compensation as the same dedicated time and effort has been expended and thus deserves the normal compensation.
